Bruce David Howerton was born September 12, 1955 in Chandler, OK. He graduated from Memorial High School and attended Oklahoma University. Bruce was employed by Ford Glass Company for 9 years. During the last two years he was active with the Dale Carnegie School as an Assistant Instructor.
