Obituary for Dr. Brian Hall
Brian K. Hall, M.D., 64, of Tulsa, was born June 1, 1956 in Oklahoma City, OK to Dr. William E. Hall, M.D. and Patricia (Weintz) Hall.
Brian was a National Merit Scholar and graduated in 1974 from Tulsa Memorial High School. He went on to complete his higher education at the University of Oklahoma where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in 1977 and his Medical Doctorate in 1981. While at OU, Brian earned a full-ride scholarship, enjoyed fencing, and lettered on the varsity swim team. It was during this time that he met his lifelong closest friends.
He worked as an obstetrician and gynecologist through Saint Francis Health system, and with his father, Dr. William (Bill) Hall, ran the Eastern Oklahoma Center for Women until their joint retirement in 2007. From 1979 to this day, he would frequently play Dungeons and Dragons with the same group from OU, as well as their children and his daughter and son-in-law. He was an avid reader, loved music, and had recently taken up the hobby of making jewelry.
Dr. Hall was preceded in death by his parents, Bill & Patti Hall. He will be dearly missed by his loving family: aunt Carolyn Daley of Hattiesburg, MS and her daughter Kathryn Daley of Chicago; sister Janice Lewis and her son William Lewis of Tulsa; brother Bruce Hall and his wife Lori Hall of Tulsa; and his two daughters: Valerie Hall Stinnett and husband Jake Stinnett of Tulsa and Whitney Hall of Enid.
